Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you are receiving numerous email notifications. My name is Jeff Chase and I am Bleacher Report's Community Moderator. I will be more than happy to help you change this feature.
First please make sure you are logged into your account. Once logged in, click on your name and select the "Settings" option. Once that page loads, you will see an option on the right that says Email Preferences.
You will see numerous options, so please feel free to customize which notifications you would like. After making these changes, please be sure to save.
